Bipolar Resectoscopy
Use with NaCl
The Ackermann true bipolar resectoscopy system ensures a fully controlled flow of current, eliminating the risk of unwanted thermal damage or electric exposure.
Our specially insulated and reusable electrode, are of highest premium quality, so the tips ensure no accidental tissue coagulation by a second electrode. The electrode replacement is convenient and does not require the removal of the cable in situ. The cutting, ignition and coagulation performance is excellent due to minimized distance between electrodes.
There is no risk of TUR syndrome by use of NaCl.
Universal Resectoscopy
Monopolar & bipolar Use in one System
The Ackermann Universal Resectoscopy System is a versatile and ergonomic system for both monopolar and bipolar resectoscopy procedures. Featuring a quick-lock connector for easy assembly and disassembly, the system offers a light-weight handle design with a finger tang for maximum comfort.
The resectoscope comes with a complete range of working elements and electrodes for both monopolar and bipolar modes of resection. The monopolar mode is achieved by using a monopolar cable, neutral electrode and Glycine/Sorbitol irrigation fluid, while the bipolar mode is achieved by using a bipolar cable and NaCl irrigation fluid.
