Product Warranty
Medical equipment with a manufacturing or compliance defect can have a negative impact on your patients’ health.
We value the top notch quality of your future medical instruments and devices. They are manufactured according to current market requirements and regulatory specifications. All Ackermann instrumentation come with our manufacturer's warranty according to applicable conditions.
Repeated reprocessing of medical instruments usually has minimal effect on our instruments and the end of an instrument's life is usually determined by wear and damage from use.
We guarantee all Ackermann surgical instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship throughout the life of the product. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly refund, repair or replace it at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care and preparation, normal wear and tear or the natural degradation of materials over time and extended use.
Return your Product
Should there unfortunately be a problem with the item and and you would like to return our products or have possibly found a defect in them?
We offer a straightforward return process in direct cooperation with our Customer Service and RMA Department.
